At James Street School we educate children from school entry through to year 6 in a supportive and creative environment. Our school motto is ‘We love to learn’ and this is reflected in our programmes of work and the way we approach our learning day. One of the characteristics of our school is our Special Needs Unit, where we cater for children with a range of physical and intellectual disabilities.

Our vision for our school is to:
